Time to Blog Again

Well maybe this time I can really get in the habit of blogging.   This is a challenge for me to learn but I did buy the Blogging book "The Complete IDIOT'S Guide" to creating one which might help if I can understand the technological jargon.  I would like to instantly create a fantastic blog with links, borders and good lay out....but until I study that book I will do a rather generic one.

With spring just around the corner and the days are getting longer I have no more excuses.  I am preparing to focus in on getting my new Addoway site up and active.  I have so many Hawaiian shirts to list there that have never been listed as well as the over 300 or so that have been listed elsewhere.   Hawaiian shirts are not too much in demand during the cooler months even here in Southern California beach area.   That makes it hard for me to get excited when I am wearing layers of warm clothing.  

I  still sell  on eBay and Bonanza.com however I have nothing listed on either now.   Both these sites are stressful for me and are no longer fun.   eBay because of all the rules/regulations and the search is manipulated and items do not show up.  I am still a Power Seller with high rating though.  Bonanza because there are so many glitches at this time and it is more a social site rather than for sellers to sell to the outside world rather than to each other.  I feel as though neither cares about me so I must move on.

I have snooped the Addoway site and listened to friends who I met through the net and now I want to devote my time and attention there.  The site has a clear, clean feeling...I like it.  A site where I hope to promote and bring my buyers.

Let's CELEBRATE

~Where did January Go???

My intentions were so good when I made those resolutions! Time flies---it is already Feb. 1st and I can not figure out how to make those button links for this site but will not give up until I do. Spent 2 hours at Barnes and Noble reading books like it was a library AND I did buy a $30 book "The IDIOT'S Guide" for making them in easy (?) steps---wish me luck on understanding how to do them. OK?

January was a SPECIAL month. I went on my first cruise with my whole family to Mexico. It was a gift from my daughter. 16 family members went---now that takes some doin' to get everyone together at one time with school and work schedules to work around. It was a fantastic time had by all--and especially me for I love having the family together. We only do that once a year and that is Christmas eve. so this was a bonus in more ways than one.

It is funky, fun and different. Check out that "lady" (?) I do not think she has EVER shaved her legs. I am so hoping that this one will get off the ground and then I will do another one with my Hawaiian shirts. I am linking, advertising, and promoting but want to do more in that dept. soon.

Now it is off to the market or Costco before this day is gone and my hunger pangs start. The frig does not have anything appealing in it....I just checked.

~~~~Where do I start? This is a stretch for me to even think I can get this BLOG up and in shape so that I can be proud of what I have done. My main objective is to share meaningful things with others. I will first start off with sharing some of my favorite links that I refer back to often hoping that others can benefit from them too. It will also help me to clean up and organize my sites and make it easier for me to function. That will really be great! So off I go now to fig-er out how to add those links---(that will give me something to do for a few hours)
